Today we were shooting with live view up on a Canon 1Ds-mkIII using Helicon 2.0.11 Beta and a popped flash suddenly caused the Highlight Focused Areas to stop working correctly and highlighting the entire view blue.
I have tried reinstalling, restarting the computer, restarting the camera and reconnecting multiple times without any luck resolving the issue.
Is there any way to reset the function within the program? Maybe a configuration file to delete that wouldn't have been removed with a re-install of the program....

Re: Highlight Focused Areas failure
Please delete this file: HeliconRemote2.ini
The location depends on the OS,
on Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\Local Settings\Application Data\Helicon\Common
on Windows 7/Vista:
C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Helicon\Common
on Mac OS X:
/Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/Helicon/Common
It should reset all settings to default values.
