Helicon Remote did not work with Canon 500D

Hi there,

today, i tried to use focus bracketing, after reading instructions.
Equipment in use: Canon 500D with Sigma Macro 50mm.

Focus bracketing started but did not continue. Software did not accept any further actions like to click on a button.
Only with MS XP task manager it was possible, to stop the process.

No idea, what was wrong in my procedure.

Hi there,

today i tried it again with other basic settings: for canon are some checkboxes for saving images. with setting copy to computer now the system is running. focus bracketing sequences are now working.

Thanks for your tests. You are welcome to try beta version 2.0, you need to unpack it into Helicon Focus folder so that HeliconRemote.exe is located in the same folder as HeliconFocus.exe
