Problems with 5D Mark II

I'm trying to use a demo copy of Helicon Remote 1.21 beta with a 5D Mark II.

I followed the instructions in the 'help' for automatic mode. I click the start button, but then nothing happens.

Ideas?

I assume, you already checked that lens is set to AF mode. What else is working? Do you see live view, can you change exposure setting? Are you able to make shots? Have you tried set Big steps in the prefernces? What lens do you have?

I can see the live view, change the exposure, the lens is in AF mode. I've tried big steps, no difference.

I'm using the 24-105 F4L IS USM lens

We are now developing 2.0 version which is completely redesigned version. I expect it to be ready in several weeks.

I have the same problem with EOS 500D with Sigma lens. Hope you launch new version soon, because the functionality (if it works) looks great
