Hi,
Can someone please write an idiots guide on how to use helicon remote to take a series of shots to focus stack with a nikon D300.
It would be so so nice to have a clear guide, otherwise its hours of trial and error.
All I get is a series of shots that are identical, what an earth is the arbitary number to choose between 1 and 999? And why?
Come on guys, great product I hope but needs explaining.

Re: helicon remote
Tim,
Thanks for using our product. We have couple of similar reports so most probably it is a bug in our program. Make sure that lens in autofocus mode, then press ">>" button in Helicon Remote several times. The focus should move, you can notice this on the live view image and on the lens itself. If the focus does not move, it means that the camera ignores our commands for some reason.
