My concerns are:
Camera = D90
1) What USB cable to use with it? I don't know which one is used
with Camera Control Pro. Is it the one supplied with the camera?
2) Can the exposures be spaced to allow speedlights to recharge.
3) Will manual flash sync even work in 'LIve View'?
4) I have a LAN in my home, what do I need to use it with either
Camera Control Pro or Helicon Focus.

Re: Helicon-Tethered D90 Questions
1. USB cable is supplied with the camera.
2. Yes, Helicon Remote has adjustable pause for flash recharge.
3. We have not tested D90 with external flash. Most probably it will work.
4. You need to download Helicon Focus from this page http://www.heliconsoft.com/focus_downloads.html . You can test the product for 30 days before purchasing it.
