Complete failure with this version: (Using Samsung Tab S -SM-T805W)

Can only do one action (autofocus or preview or Take single image), then it locks up completely.

Focus works, preview appears to work (progress bar moves to end but "stop shooting" is still displayed) no image displayed on tablet.

Take image works, RAW file is saved to tablet but progress bar still says "stop shooting".

Previous version worked with D850.

How do I reinstall previous version?

The previous version was 3.9.6, it has only minor differences with 3.9.7. Also, I doubt the app is to blame. What you're describing is typically caused either by a conflict with another camera-related app, or faulty USB cable / adapter / connectors.

Hmmm strange.

Tried new cable again and old one (known to work with this camera). No go.

Plugged D3x in (different cable type), worked. Plugged D850 in... now it seems to work.
