Hi.
Little poblem with newbye! When i connect my Canon 6D and Stackshot with Wifi, Helicon found camera and works fine. If i connect with cable (between Camera and Stackshot) Helicon doesn't find camera? I have tested camera remote socket with other remote control and it works. Device; Canon 6D and Stackshot controller 3X. Any help!

We don't currently support Wi-Fi connection with Stackshot. In order to get full functionality, you need to connect the camera to your computer and Stackshot to your computer at the same time, DON'T connect the camera to Stackshot directly. Now, any kind of connection, either wireless or USB, will work for 6D, but as I mentioned, only USB connection works for Stackshot.

Thank you for cleared. Which kind cable need i between camera and computer? Shoud it be in first head canon 6D compatible (N3) and second head usb?

6D uses a very common mini-USB to USB A cable.
