Saving a file with the parameters option is important, but the resulting file name is too long, e.g RRS_1978B,Radius40,Smoothing10.tif. This long name is truncated in Bridge in the Grid view, making it hard to select several for preview.

It would be nice option to be able to use the same short form displayed in the software e.g. RRS_1978B,R40,S10.tif

Please open Helicon Focus menu "Edit / Preferences... / General" and set "Save file name template".

I only see a way to remove the parameters ....

But what I would like is to use R instead of Radius, and S instead of Smoothing.

Current : RRS_1978B,Radius40,Smoothing10.tif
Shorter : RRS_1978B,R40,S10.tif

I see. You can both add and remove parameters, but the "Smoothing" and "Radius" parts are currently not editable. We'll consider it.
