Strange reslut while using dust card

Hello forum!
Yesterday I stacked a very small detail of a spider with 11 slides. Photographed with Nikon D810 and with DxO converted to TIFF.
It tok a very long time to process it and the result was not, what I want get.
Can anybody tell me, what was goin wrong?

The attachment has in original 200 MB size and has been scaled for posting.
