I was satisfied using my current install of Helicon Focus.

Tonight I went to use Helicon Focus for a quick job after not using it for a while and I find that my install has become unregistered seemingly because an update is available.

I don't want to have to wait to go through an update install but I can't use my current Helicon Focus install to get my job done.

This process of killing current installs is really inconvenient.

Sorry for the troubles. Please open Helicon Focus menu->Help->Online registration..., and enter your activation code. The code is case sensitive.

That was easy.

I should have thought of that myself. I was distressed by the warning and then distracted by the "download the update" dialog window that popped open.

I look forward to trying the update soon.
