Batch Convert

I am having a problem with batch converting photos. When I focus stack them individually using the adobe dng converter, Photoshop can open the output fine. However when I batch convert them, Photoshop says it 'Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.'

It was working before I upgraded to the latest version, 6.5.3. I tried upgrading to the current version of adobe's dng converter (9.4) but it still won't work.

I see the bug is fixed, but now there is a new one. Say I have 3 different exposures in a stack. Split by exposure will create three batch tasks, but all 3 save with the same file name. I'm only left with one output instead of 3.
