After the latest updates (6.4.1 and 6.4.2 for Mac), my renders have started getting random-looking black edges. These are 5-10 pixels of ragged black links on the edges of the image. It only seems to happen with method B, with stacks that are larger than 5.
The problem does not seem to be coming from my stacks. I can take a stacks which had rendered perfectly in older versions (6.4.0 and earlier), and when I re-render them in 6.4.2 with the same settings (B-8-4), I now get these ragged black edges.
Any idea what is causing this, or how I can fix it?

Re: black edges on method B render
Yes, we know about this issue. It will be fixed in the coming versions.
Re: black edges on method B render
Great, glad it's a known issue.
Oddly, I recreated the source images and did another B84 render, and this time the black edges did not occur. Until the fix is made, is there anything I can do (file formats, resolutions, etc.) to keep the edges from happening?

You can change sorting order for the source files list.

Re: black edges on method B render
Thanks. I'll double-check that my files are sorted correctly, if I ever see that problem again.
