Helicon Remote No image data transfered

I know this sounds most improbable:

When I shoot a stack with HR, there is a live view on screen, the focus is moves, the shutter clicks--but there is no data present. I don't get the prompt "do you want to open the images in HF?", and if I do open HF there is nothing there. Clearly HR is talking to the camera but somehow it seems that it is not sending data to the computer.

This may be just newbie error, but I've really got to solve this so I can use HF/HR in a macro workshop next week.

Well again, I re-downloaded the app and reinstalled it. Now it's working fine. Phew!
