raw files not processing correctly

Hi I have beem sooting with Helicon Remote and processing with Helicon Focus using jpg files. Things seem fine. Then I decide to shoot in raw usind Canon 5D II.
When I process in Helicon Focus the image comes out tiny like a thumbnail.
The files that I took are normal size.
what am I doing wrong?

I think this depends on RAW development setting in Helicon Focus. In the RAW development settings under Source image list you are able to choose RAW engine and its parameters.

This does not make sense to me
I have version 5.3.14x64 released 2013.
I also have a lifetime upgrade.
I have gone to help>check for updates and it says none available.

The only reference I can see to raw files is in
Parameters >Laod defaults>Raw tab and it say to download Raw Converter.
Is this where I should be. I do have Lightroom and Photoshop I am nervous if I download Raw Converter it may upset these.
