How to move software to another machine

Hello there !

Ive been asked to move Helicon Focus from one machine to another and I have a problem. The person who bought the software no longer works for the company and what ever email he would have been sent with a serial number no longer exists.

Is there a way to manually move the installation to include the licence ?

And yes Ive moved the app and its started in 30 trial mode which is a great help !
