Metadata not writing

A large percentage of my images I focus stack are failing to write metadata.Can you please shed some light on what I may be doing wrong, if anything?

Please give us more information about your OS version. Sometimes files are locked by the system when the program tries to transfer metadata to the resulting image. We are trying to find some workaround, you help in testing would be welcome. Please contact our support at support@heliconsoft.com
