Line diagram

Dear all.

I have noticed that there is a line diagram forming of the stacked image when I am using method c (pyramid) in Helican focus. This gets replaced by the rendered image when the rendering is done. Just for interest sake, is there any way that I can save that line diagram as a tiff file?

You probably mean "edge map", white lines on the black background image?

No, there is no way to catch and save it. But you can get similar results if you use edge detection algorithms in Photoshop on the final image.
