add subfolders not working well

Hello,
I am trying to batch process a number of subfolders with File--> add subfolders but I find that that the result is bad with multiple edges lines as if the pics are not well aligned. When I do it "by hand" subfolder by subfolder, the result is just fine.

I am on windows, using Helicon Focus 6. Is this a known bug? Any solution?

Yes, we know about this issue. It will be fixed in the coming versions.
