Retouched Image not saved

I am using Helicon Focus 6 on Windows 7 PC. I was using older versions but never tried retouching. Now I can retouch quite easily, BUT I can't save the retouched image TIFF. What saves is always the unretouched but stacked image TIFF. If I copy it to the clipboard, I get only the depth map pasted in Photoshop.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
