Multi monitor support in rendering

I've just installed Version 6 and find that while rendering I have a split screen with input on the left, output on the right. I'd prefer to have just output on the render screen. Is there any way to do this? Even better would be to move the output image to my second monitor.

Sorry, right now this mode is not available but we want to implement this in the future versions.
