I take pictures from a Needle about 2cm. I use a 105er mm lens on a Fillformat 12 MB-Sensor. The Distance is 30 cm, the steps 1mm different. Aperture is 11 as optimal aperture.
But the end will not be sharp. I tried method as best result on the same object, only litteler an radius 6 und smoothing 4. method c works better, but the result is grainy and with a gost-image. What can I do?

The first images clearly shows that stack is not properly aligned (see dust spots). Please upload this source stack to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/) and we would be happy to look into this problem.
