I can not start Helicon Focus:
Internal error!
Access violation at address 7D611952 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address 501F0014
This happens only when I use a local account on this particular machine. Any LDAP user can start the program correctly.
Can it be helped?

Re: Internal error
We can't reproduce this error so far but we think it has something to do with folder tree.
Try to start helicon focus from command line: HeliconFocus.exe -notree
We will also send you debug version to get more information about this crash.

Re: Internal error
Thanks, Stas! The problem is, I can't always reproduce it myself - it occurs accidentally in the most awkward moment. Today it is working fine. I shall definitely try -notree option next time it happens and use debugging version when you send it.

Vlad

Re: Internal error
We will send you debug version today. I hope we already fixed this bug but we want to be sure.
