Crash on mac leopard

I tried helicon focus yesterday for the first time
I run the software on a MacPro with macosx Leopard
I opened 5 file and I didn't able to do anything.
If I click on run button the sw crashs an it crashs also if I click one of the files loaded on the right column.
I tried the sw also under windows xp (using parallel) but it crashs because of a memory issue (it says 3gb isn't enough)
I'm doing something wrong or it is a known issue?

We need more information to explore this error. Can you send us one of the files from your stack?

Can you specify more information about your system? What Helicon Focus version do you have?

Hello there,

I'm using:

Helicon Focus Mac 4.2.8 (29.12.2011, Mac OS)
Helicon Remote Mac 2.3.15 Beta (26.12.2011, Mac OS)

I sent a bug report using the interface directly on Helicon Remote.

My system: MacBook Pro (early 2011), i7 2.3 processor, running Mac OSX Lion 10.7.2 with 8GB ram and Radeon 6750M
