no embedded color profile

Just bought Helicon Focus. When I process out my stacks and then open the save stack, it opens in photoshop saying it does not have a embedded color profile. My working color space is Adobe'98. My raw files are processed in PhaseOne Capture One which has the Adobe'98 color space embedded. But when I build my stacks, save, in HF, and open in PS there is no embedded color profile.
I've read thru some of the posts on color profile and it appears the HF should imbed a color space profile.
Have I missed a preference setting somewhere, I looked didn't see anything? Or is this a bug?

MacPro OS 10.5.8
8 core, 10GB ram
HF is in 64 bit

This is a bug that appears only on 10.5.8. We know about it and have it in our to-do list.

We never have been able to reproduce this bug on 10.6+, we will check this once again.
