I am seeing what may be a similar problem w/ 5.1 under Windows XP Professional Version 2000 Service Pack 3.
Internal error!
Access violation at address 7C9101B3 in module ntdll.dll. Write of address 77EA3877.
This is on the second day of the trial period. I processed four stacks yesterday without a problem, but this morning it provides this error most of the time, including following a reboot. It will occasionally initialize correctly.
Thanks,
Bryan

Re: H5 won't initialize
We fixed one problem that may have caused problems in Helicon Focus 5.1.27. We would appreciate if you install and check this version:
