3D model from one computer to another one

I use Helicon Focus on three computers (Toshiba A300/Win 7 - 1280x800, Toshiba U200/XP3 - 1280x800 and Samsung N150/XP3 - 1024x764), but I cannot exchange the 3D models (*.h3d) with the Toshiba U200. Between the Toshiba A300 and the Samsung N150, no problem, but between them and the Toshiba U200 the 3D models are not compatible. The 3D samples from heliconsoft can be loaded with the A300 and N150, but not with with the U200, whatever the screen resolution. It is quite worrying, because when I work abroad I take the U200 (the Samsung is not powerful enough). Is there a better solution than changing computer?

Please make sure that you use the latest version of Helicon Focus on all of your computers. We had such an incompatibility issue in one of the older versions, but it is fixed long ago, at least we think so.
