Nef file with Nikon D2x

I'm unable to process nef file with last HF 4.2.1. I get a very low resolution picture. Why ?

Please let us know more details. What is the previous version of Helicon Focus which handled your nef files? What is your operation system? Can you send me the log file after attempt to open nef file (Applications\Utils\Console)?

My operation system is Mac OS 10.5.8
My previous version was just the version before 4.2.1, but didn't work anyway.
Do I need to upgrade for the last Mac OS 10.6 Snow leopard ?

If other programs like iPhote do not open your file, upgrade to 10.6 will help. If the Helicon Focus is the only program that does not open your files, we will need more information to find the bug. Please send us (support@heliconsoft.com) console log (Applications\Utils\Console) after trying to open nef file in Helicon Focus.
