Well: it was working fine and now, with the new version, bought a couple of days ago...It doesn't work anymore.
My subject are land snail, 7 to 10 mm long, conical shape.
I use a Canon 450D with a macro 52mm and additional len.
I use a hand made table support shooting moving the camera up.
In the past I was simply clicking "run" and i got perfect results.
Now the program is bothering me with "strange" messages about differences in luminosity and so on... and, at the end, I got a .....
Please Help!

You are welcome to upload the problem stack as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html so we can analyze it. I would also recommend you to upgrade to the latest version from our site, we fixed some minor bugs. BTW, have you tried Helicon Remote? I would appreciate your feedback on this utility.
