Registering on a new computer

I bought Helicon Focus Lite about a year ago and quickly upgraded to HF Pro. I tried to load HF Pro on a new computer I purchased last month, and it is now acting as if I downloaded only the 1 month test program (watermarks and limited file size). I have to have a registration number to activate it on my new computer. I only have an extremely long number sent to me to upgrade from Lite to Pro. I have tried to find out from HF what I need to do but have not received any response to my Email in a week. So I am trying this method. Please advise

I did exactly as you have recommended on 1/6/2008 and 1/9/2008. I did it again today as per your recommendation. Someone needs to intervene and actually resolve the problem rather than keep me spinning my wheels.
