A mac version would be great... and you would get a larger customer base, too.

Anyway, you could maybe use a program like codeweavers to run Helicon on the Mac, or you could get a program like VirtualBox (free), VMWare (beta) or Parallels Desktop to install Windows as an operating system within the mac.

Agree Mac OS X version would be great

Suppose we will have to wait till October for Panther release and then install XP - messy

Has anyone got it running using Parallels on a Intel Mac?

Sorry I ment Leopard - its been so long coming but at least I don't have the problems I did as a Win PC user.
I have been using Apple for 12months and appreciate the time saved and lack of OS problems using Mac the sooner I can stop using Microsoft completley the better

So a Mac version would be appreciated

Parallels is exactly how I use it. You might also want to consider VMware Fusion and VirtualBox. But pretty soon you're going to be able to use ReactOS, not Windows, on a virtual machine, so that would mean you don't have to buy another OS.

Dan, Please consider making a version for the MAC. Thanks. I used your program on a Windows machine but have since left that format and closed the window behind me.

And not only are Macs becoming more popular, they are more reliable (which is what you want) for working with photos than Windows. And since Macs are also favored among photographers and graphic artists even more so than others, you'd be opening yourself up to an even bigger market.

Hello
New User here. Am I missing something or does the Mac version doesn't support the retouch tools?

This topic is about Helicon Filter, for which no Mac version yet exists. For Helicon Focus, there is a Mac version, but it doesn't have the retouching tools support yet. (It is still in version 3, and the retouching tools are in version 4.) I hope simultaneous releases of both Helicon Filter and Helicon Focus begin soon.
