Please send us this file. I suspect that the date in the image is not correct (set to future). G12 has automated focus bracketing?

Re: Macro/Landscapes
I think that shift of the entrance pupil is only noticable if it is relatively big compared to distance from lens to the object. Let's say, if the entrance pupil shifts by 1%, this will cause no artifacts, if it shifts by 10% then it is a real problem. I would be interested to hear theoretically cor...

Re: Farthest / Nearest point not working
Thanks for the tests. As to a number of tests, it should be very simple : number of shots =1 + (distance between A and B / distance between shots). This is not exact formula which we use but close to it. I would appreciate screenshot if you see wrong values. I can also recommed to set longer pause b...

Re: Macro/Landscapes
Paul, Thanks for the stack. Part of the problem is that the brightness of your source images varies a bit. You are using the manual exposure mode with the same parameters which is good. Make sure that flash is not moving and that it has enough time to load completely to fire with the same amount of ...

Re: Bug in recent Helicon Focus update
Please send us (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html) this stack for tests. Most probably the program was not able to align images properly and thinks that magnification changes from shot to shot.

Re: Where is the 'AF Calibrator' function?
Thanks for info. We will check ASAP if it is really possible to get optical zoom with Nikon, that would be great. I appreciate your comments about the lenses. It is a pity, many things are not documented by Nikon so we have make blind guesses. PS. Great picture :) It is like a joke which only photog...

Re: 5.1.25 update crashes Helicon remote
Several users reported us that Helicon Remote works fine with D7000 so we are close to make it work. As I understand, the program crashes when the camera is connected to the computer. It would help us to identify the problem if you disconnect the camera, run Helicon Remote, to to Preferences\Tools\ ...
