We published new version for Windows yesterday. Please make sure your are testing 2.0.12 version of Helicon Remote. If you still have troubles with D7000, please send us log files (see menu\Preferences\Tools)

Harry, The images will be slightly different anyway, when using focus rail or focusing ring. Helicon Focus by default aligns images, so this is not a problem. The queue consists of independent tasks. You can add the same source files with differerent processing parameters to the queue, process all tasks and then choose the best result. Or you can add multiple stacks from different folders and process them. Result of each stack is saved independently.

Sorry for confusion. Helicon Remote will not work use StackShot unless connection with camera is established. This will not work with your Panasonic camera.

Thanks for this suggestion. In the current version you can add many stacks to queue and then let the program process them. This feature is available in Pro and X64 version.
