Hello.. I see in Helicon remote that the MLU says OFF in the Remote app lower bar. Live view is on though... am I good to go like that..? Thank you btw, in Live view, nothing changes when changing aperture or time etc.. is it normal.. my old CanonD5 worked.. one note... to move the focus point goes ...

hello, Canon EOS markII.. I have a cable from that cam to a PC . Today it stopped to work.. I can connect the cam, and Helicon Remote sees it.. but when I click live view, the mirror does not switch anymore, and I get no image. It worked fine for months.. What could it be.? the cable..? the Canon ? ...
