You are welcome to upload the problem stack as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html so we can analyze it. I would also recommend you to upgrade to the latest version from our site, we fixed some minor bugs. BTW, have you tried Helicon Remote? I would appreciate your feedback on this util...

Re: Helicon 3D - aspect ratio bug

George, Thanks for the feedback. We fixed this problem several days ago and the current version on our site contains this fix. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can change lighting angle in the 3D viewer to make your surface look more natural. The software lighting should come...

Re: Is the demo fully functional?

Thanks for your tests and the image. Helicon Focus tries to adjust brighness of the whole image and I think that in your case the brightness of the different parts of the image changes by different values. If you upload this stack as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html we will try to en...

Re: Images has the same focal point

Brian,

We added one more option to fix the problem with Mirror Lock up. I am not sure it is already in the version 5.0.4, but we are going to publish newer 5.0.5 tomorrow. I would appreciate if you test it.

The program should run 64 server under normal user too. We plan to publish new version tomorrow with the signed server, this might have been the reason.
