Victor,

By default you can activate the program 4 times after purchase. More keys are added every 6 months for the case of hardware update. If you need more keys please contact our support, it is no problem to issue more keys for you.

This is not possible so far. We have it in our to do list. I do not think this is important option, both Mac and Windows version have retouching brushes now.

I would be very interested to find this bug. Some users reported similar issues (first image ignored) but we were not able to clearly identify this.

how are you focusing then? : )

Try to move the camera with a focus set to manual. This is the way that many of our users prefer.

Please check Preferences. If you enabled Force memory saving this may be the reason. Anyway you can reset to default. If this does not help, reinstall the program.

If I understood you right: yes, you can rotate the object manually and save a snapshot.

We include Adobe DNG converter in the recent releases so it should support your files. Please upload one file to our ftp server http://heliconsoft.com/ftp.html so we can test it.
