i think its not a problem from Helicon soft program. you should contact to lightroom support to help you out.

many thanks. You were absolutely correct. When I went back to the raw files and did nothing to other than convert them to tiff in photoshop helicon focus did work. I am not sure why my capture one tiff outputs varied by a few pixels - will need to do some research on that....so it anyone else has t...

yeah i agree with Stas . Helicon soft is an individual program. it will not work on any other software as plug-in like photoshop.lilewis wrote:Is there a way to use Helicon as a Plugin on PS Cc?
