ACR and Picasa may use their own raw converters so please check if standard mac programs can open your nef files with full resolution. If it is so, please upload your file to ouf ftp server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html) for our tests.

Thanks for this information. We will check if Hasselblad has SDK to control the camera. We would be interested to add support for it too.

Please check if other software (Camera Control Pro, ...) allows you to move focus. If you lens is in manual mode, the camera is not able to move focus, try to switch it to AF mode
