Re: Not changing focus
This is a very untypical problem for Nikon, and I can't think of anything particular to advise. Try to remember which camera body settings you may have changed because that's definitely the cause of this issue. Switch the lens to full range if it has a range selector. Make sure the camera is in phot...

Re: Helicon Remote Focus Bracketing and Timelapse combined
There's no way to do it right now, and I don't think it can be implemented reliably. Particularly, autofocus in live view is very unreliable, I don't think this would work well.

Yes, the cable is fine. Please run the configuration app and call the menu. 1.jpg Tap Settings. Plug the cable in and set the Volume level to max. 2.jpg Turn the Alternative configuration mode on. 3.jpg Please let us know if this helps. Could you please let us know which Android device you are using.
Can you hear the clicking sound if you run the app and tap Send without the cable being plugged in?

Noted. But we're not yet at the point where we can start working on Z7 support. When it changes, we'll make some sort of an announcement.

Re: Canon Wi-Fi Adapter W-E1 compatible with Remote on iPad?
Actually, all the info on our website is correct as long as you take it literally and don't try to infer anything that's not actually stated there. 5DS R is perfectly supported via USB connection on Mac, Windows and Android, so of course it's listed as compatible. But you're on iOS, where only Wi-Fi...

Yes, that is exactly what you can do. Each time lapse step will become a focus-bracketed stack.

Re: Selecting important focus point in stack
It's not impossible, but problematic. You would need to ensure exactly the same point and field of view for your extra shots that the rest of the set of images has, which I can imagine being difficult, and if the point of view is off, you will get artifacts. Then you need to assign appropriate names...

Of these, only Sony A7 R III will definitely be supported, we're working on this right now. I assume A7 III (non-R) body will also be supported but we haven't tested that. Can't promise anything about the other cameras at this point, but we do want to support EOS R and Z7 lines if possible and feasi...

Not at this moment, but we're working on A7 R III, that may enable us to support other new Sony cameras in the future.
