Yes, I don't see any problem in your description, if the factor needs to be 0.04 - so be it. That is exactly what the factor is for.

CR3 support in Helicon Focus depends on support of this format in some of the third-party image processing libraries we're using. That support currently seem to be lacking, but we're investigating. As for Helicon Remote, we can't promise anything yet but we'll see what we can do after we add support...

The transmitter has a standard 3.5 mm plug found in headphones and many other standard accessories. Could you please explain in a bit more detail what you mean saying that it damaged the socket? If you mean Fuji 50S, only the 35 mm crop mode causes problems as it's not support by Adobe. Otherwise you can use any format and the workflow is the same or almost the same. TIFF may be a bit simpler.
