Re: Image orientation

Thanks for the files. The files have different orientation settings. Most probably DPP does not actually modify the flag inside of the RAW files. Instead it just remebers your choice. Re: What is limited in Helicon Remote

Please open Helicon Remote, Preferences and send us console logs after this error. We will try to understand the problem. We tested the program with D300 and did not have such issues.

Re: Registrations - How Many Computers?

You can use the software on 4 computers you are working on. You can use the same license for Mac and Windows computers in any proportion.

Re: Betterlight Scans

Yes, but you would need to use 3G flag on XP (http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/system/pl ... AEmem.mspx) or 64 bit systems like Vista, Window 7 or Mac OS 10.6 to give the application enough memory for your large files.

We will try to reproduce this problem. Do other application see these files? Only Helicon Focus ignores them?

Re: Image orientation

Please send us (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html) one rotated raw file and one which is not rotated. We will check what is happening with the orientation flag.

Re: iPhone

Hening,

As far as we know, Canon and Nikon SDK which we use for camera control do not work on iPhone. They support only Windows and Mac. Look at this product: http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=38
It also requires a laptop somewere nearby to control the camera.

Re: Is Helicon Focus for me

Wayne, I am sure Helicon Focus can help you with this task. Please note that you can test fully functional Helicon Focus during 30 trial days. We tested the program with 100+ Megapixel files so yours are not so big. Still, you will probably need to activate 3G flag oon your XP (http://www.microsoft....

Re: 64 Bit Windows 7 Install

The program consist of two componets. Interface part is 32 bit, processing part is 64/32 bit. If you open Task manager when Helicon Focus is processing the images you will see that HeliconFocusServer64.exe is doing all the work.
