We are trying to reproduce the bug but it seems it depends on the parameters of Helicon Remote. A printscreen of the program before you press Start Shooting button would help us to locate the program. Please send it to Yatsenko.Stas@gmail.com We suspect that one of the edit fields contains text whic...

"USB mass storage" mode

We found that the program does not detect the camera if you use "USB mass storage" mode in your camera. Please switch to PTP instead of USB mode, this should help.

It is not yet possible, you can batch process the stack and save merged image but not the obj file. I will put your request in our to-do list.

It looks like the brightness of images was very different. Do you have Brightness adjustment in the Preferences of Helicon Focus activate? Do you shoot in manual exposure mode?

For your offline computer you should generate the key manually. Open Helicon Filter / Focus menu->Help->Offline registration..., copy your Workstation ID (in format 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00). Then login from another computer, connected to internet, to http://support.heliconphotosoft.com Use your acti...

Please send us (Yatsenko.Stas@gmail.com) remote_control.log from the Helicon Focus folder. It will help us to understand why D90 is not detected.

Brian,

Thanks for this suggestion. We will try to add an option to disable LiveView during shooting to make the flash work.

Rotation - you can change this in the Preferences of Helicon Remote.

Re: Testing Helicon Remote

Dan/Stas Just downloaded V5, have a Pro licence. Am very excited about the Helicon Remote beta. Am using it with a Canon 50D, mostly it connects, allows settings etc but am having some problems getting it to do the focus steps when I start shooting.
