Re: 6k Photo

I cannot answer that without knowing what it is that you're doing manually.
I assume the problem was that the videos could not be opened by Helicon Focus, it should no longer be a problem with the new Focus 6.8.0 which you can download from our website: http://www.heliconsoft.com/software-downloads/

Re: Fb tube defaults

The step size is proportional to the rotation of the focus ring, it’s not linear, it’s in arbitrary units. There’s no formula to calculate how the step size varies from one lens to another one, since there’s a number of factors that influence it, involving, as you say correct, the specifics of inter...

Re: Command Line - progress reporting and dmap naming?

You can put a space after "-dmap" and specify a file path for it. This was added recently, and we forgot to reflect this in the manual. As for progress reporting: standard output is not easily available in a GUI application, at least on Windows. Writing to a file is an option, although not...

Re: Photos in RAW format

You need Helicon Remote mobile for your tablet or Helicon Remote multi-platform for tablet+PC:
http://www.heliconsoft.com/helicon-remote-android-ios-licenses-swreg/

That's up to 4 computers + up to 2 Android/iOS devices at the same moment.

Re: no flash syncronisation

Does a flash work if it's installed directly onto the camera body hotshoe?

Re: no flash syncronisation

Can you temporarily install a flash instead in order to see whether or not it will be triggered?

Also, resetting the camera body settings may possibly help.

Re: FB Tube

Yes, at the moment we ran out of stock of tubes for Nikon cameras and expect to have them by mid- or end-October. The tube length is 12 mm for Canon and 13 mm for Nikon. The tube does not affect the camera shooting speed, so continuous shooting with Nikon D750 should work fine.
