This is for Helicon Remote on an iPhone. There is no Menu > Submit a bug. I've reproduced the problem every time I connect.

Newbie here. I've just connected my 6D2 for Helicon Remote. I've got the live view going on my iPhone, but none of the controls work in Helicon. I can't focus, adjust exposure etc . Any clues as to what is happening?
