Re: Naming convention
I asked it because I wanted to have a way to find which folder has created an error if it had some. When I have done a batch processing, I was still not able to find which folder has created an error when I had one. All information that I can have comes from a balloon when I lay mouse cursor over it...

Naming convention
The current naming convention for the output filename does not quite fit my needs. For example, it is not easy to locate a folder which made some errors because the current naming rule uses the time of focus-stacking and its methods. How can I change the naming convention so that I can use the origi...

Re: Points A and B are drifting
Yeah, the number of missing steps is not always the same and seems to depend on the direction.

Re: How can I override the automatic rewind to the home position?
Yes, having an option to turn it on and off would absolutely help! Thanks!

How can I override the automatic rewind to the home position?
Helicon Remote automatically moves the lens focus to its home position after a shooting. For example, if it started a shooting from A to B, then it automatically moves the focus back to A after it finishes the shooting. But it's time-consuming as for my application. I need to take more than a few th...

Points A and B are drifting
I think I have the same issue with the user 'proxohms', but it is not about the blurry images. I set point 'A' and 'B' and started a shooting. But after shooting, when I go to the point 'B' by clicking on the arrow beside the button 'B', then it moves and focuses on a point other than 'B' on the obj...

First folder being omitted when adding multiple folders for a batch process.
Hi, It's weird but when I add multiple folders for a batch process, the first folder is usually omitted. I clicked on 'add multiple folders' then pressed CTRL-A to select all folders in a source folder before clicking OK. But I don't see the first folder in the list. Is it a bug or do I need to use ...

Re: Internal render error: 5 - Yes I know
Thanks, BoStone,
Now I realize that the size was not that of an object in images but the dimension of images (Width * Height).
I did the HDR merge with cropping and that changed the dimension of the images; that was the problem!
Now everything's fine.
Thank you!

It runs super slowly!
Hi, I just bought and set up the software. But it runs really slowly. Every click I do takes more than 5 seconds before it actually does something. I can't even start the first step because it takes too long to do something. My PC runs super fast other than this. What shall I do to make it run as it...

Internal render error: 5 - Yes I know
Hi, I know "the internal render error: 5" can be caused by differing sizes or the EXIF information about the orientation of images. I am sure that my images are not of the same size because my macro lens has the external focusing mechanism and moves back and forth to focus on the object. I...
