Mine does that. However, the mouse wheel doesn't alter the degree of magnification. It's either not magnified or it's fully magnified. Is that the intent?

Here's what I've learned today in case it's helpful to any of you with high res monitors. To alleviate the problems described, I went to my WIN10 settings page and changed size to 100% AND resolution down to 1280 x 720. That gives me a reasonably good sized centered image. See attachment.
