i'm interested in the Helicon for macro work, question is it possible to adjust the shooting to accomodate the use of a camera flash where typically there is a 2.5 - 3.5 second flash recycle time?

Gionni, I've been using the Nikon 105 mm F2.8 on my D600 for macro work for the past three years now, i usually pair it with a 12mm extension tube and raynox 250 diopter, SB700 flash and am always shooting in manual. Lens is great, the whole combination works extremely well, focusing is not an issue...
