It seems to work fine whith Zerene. Tested the demo and now the Stackshot show it´s connection whith the program. Perhaps their support is a bit faster than this?

Thank´s for your answer! I have iMac 10.13.6 and the Remote is 3.9.10. How to change the Remote version and do you think that´s the solution?

Hallo, I have a Stackshot and wonder how to drive the rail whith Helicon Remote. All cabels are connected and the motor is active. But how to see and drive the rail whith HeliconRemote? I have a Canon 5DSr and Sigma 105/2,8 HSM macrolens. It seems that the autofocusmotor change the focus point when I set the nearest point. I check the
sharpnes and can see that it has moved. So, will you suggest that it´s better to switch of the AF when shooting?
