Re: Canon Wi-Fi Adapter W-E1 compatible with Remote on iPad?

According to Canon's descri[ption of the W-E1 card the Canon W-E1 WiFi Adapter will allow users of Canon's Camera Connect mobile app to be able to remotely control and trigger the camera. So perhaps it would be possible to add these facilities into Remote ??

Re: Remote Use With Stackshot Rail and an Android Tablet

Stas,

Is there any intention, or indeed any likelihood, of Remote on Android working with Stackshot in the future ?? It is something I would be VERY keen to see happen.

Remote Use With Stackshot Rail and an Android Tablet

Dear Stas, A question if I may - I have had the Helicon Suite for a few months now and am happy with it - thank you guys very much indeed. I have been using Remote on a Nexus-10 tablet connected to my Canon 7D Mk-II with a 100mm L series macro lens. However, I have now purchased a Stackshot Rail and...

Certainly a demand for the Android phone/tablet as a WiFi proxy here Stas.

Wireless Connection ??

Dear Stas, Is it possible to connect Helicon Remote to a Canon 7D MkII wirelessly ?? It would be so useful (to me at least) to be able to use remote in this fashion but I think it may be necessary to have additional hardware to set up a very local network between the camera and the device running Re...

Re: 2 Queries

Thanks Stas - the explanation is appreciated. A shame (for me) that when the sharpening is applied to the full resolution image it is a different result to the one shown when it was applied only to the preview image as the effect shown on the preview is EXACTLY what I would be hoping to achieve on t...

2 Queries

Dear Stas, I downloaded Helicon Filter last night and installed it this morning on my Advent QC6003 desktop - 6GB RAM, Quad-core Intel Core2 processor running Windows-10. Firstly, as soon as I started up the program (expecting to be in Trial mode) it displayed a message saying the trial had ended an...

Windows-10 Compatability

Currently the website does not mention compatibility of Helicon products (Helicon Focus, Remote, Filter and PhotoSafe) with the new version of MS Windows (Windows-10). Can I ask whether the products are compatible with Windows-10 and if not are they to be updated to make them compatible with Windows...
