Is there a version of Helicon Remote (either beta or full up) available for the Z6 camera with an app for either android or iphone? I've sold my Nikon D7200 and need a version for my new Z6. I'd prefer an iphone app but I have an old Android phone that will probably work as well.
Thanks.
Jeff

Nikon D7200 and iphone
I have not been able to connect my D7200 to my new iPhone XR. My iPhone and camera do connect via wifi because I can see photos on my camera using the WMU application. However, the camera does not show up in HR. Since HR does not support wired connection with iOS devices I am really stuck. Has anyon...

Re: Connecting with Samsung Galaxy 7 phone
I can see the camera connect to a smart device but I do not see an automatically connected camera. It does not see any camera detected. Any ideas?

Connecting with Samsung Galaxy 7 phone
I can connect my Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone to my Nikon D7200 with a USB cable and everything works fine in Helicon Remote. Can I connect wirelessly? I cannot get a connection. If this is supposed to work, can you point me to some instructions to make the connection. What settings on both phone an...

Re: Connecting to Nikon D7200
After doing some research and testing it turns out that Nikon uses 192.168.1.1 as the IP address in their cameras. Unfortunately, that is also the default IP address that Linksys uses for their routers. So I had a conflict between my camera and my Linksys router. I used Nikon's WMU program to change...

Re: Connecting to Nikon D7200
Looks like there is an ip conflict with my router. I used a network diagnostic app to look at my network ip addresses. I took camera and phone out away from my house and it connected and worked fine.

Connecting to Nikon D7200
Hi, I've been working with Stas on this but I thought I would open it up to anyone for help. I just bought a new Nikon D7200 and cannot connect to HR. I can establish a wifi connection between my android phone and the camera but not a HR connection. Works fine with a wired connection. I've used the ...

Re: Nikon D7200 Support
I recently sold my Nikon D5300 and purchased a D7200 which doesn't want to connect to HR on either my android phone or my iPad. Do I need to delete my current versions of HR and reload them? Using a tether from my android phone works fine but I keep getting a ' camera refused connection' error when ...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
As a follow-on to my previous post...I reset everything, re-entered my authentication code attached to my camera. My camera setting showed up in the camera list so I was able to connect to the ipad. I don't know why it shows up sometimes and not others. In any case, I was able to connect and collect...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
I seem to keep losing my camera specification and then it is hard to add the camera back again. When I select 'add' I can put in name and IP address but I often don't get a 'Save' option. I only see Add at the top of the window and Help at the bottom...no Save option. Therefore, I can't add the came...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
Thank you Wayne!! I turned on airplane mode and bluetooth on my D5300 and I was able to connect!! I even was able to select my A & B focus points and collect a stack. Like you, however, it comes up in demo mode and I can only collect jpg images. However, I have a different problem regarding acti...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
Well, I've reset my wi-fi in my D5300 and don't see any other configuration settings in the camera. When I select D5300 from HR it refuses a connection. When I try to add it manually now I don't get a 'save' button so I can't do that anymore. Time to give up for now and let you come up with connecti...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
I seem to be making baby steps in trying to connect. HR does now list my D5300 in the camera select window but when I select it and try to connect I get the error message.. " camera refused connection. Check that an appropriate network profile is selected in the camera body menu for this networ...

Re: Compatible with iPad?
I've tried both auto connection and manual add of my Nikon D5300 with my iPad and neither connects to the camera. I enter the ip address manually but it doesn't seem to matter.

Re: Compatible with iPad?
I downloaded Helicon Remote for ipad and upgraded my iPad operating system. Do you have any instructions on how to establish the wi-fi link between my camera (Nikon D5300) and my iPad running the remote app?
