Re: Problems with 5.1.5x64

Hi, I've uploaded a few image of the stack on the ftp (the full stack is too big, and anyway a few elements are enough to reproduce the bug). With 5.1.9 , saving the result in TIFF crashes the app (and the stack is incorrectly computed in 8b). With 5.1.2 saving in TIFF is ok, but the stack is also c...

Re: Problems with 5.1.5x64

I have the same problem with version 5.1.9 x64. Each time I save a TIF file, i get "Access violation at address 00C987E6 in module 'PolyImagePro.dll". Read of address 00000004" The good thing is the result image is save correctly despite of the message. But the bad news is HF UI is lo...

Re: Image orientation

Ok, thanks for having a look at my files.
I'll do a batch TIFF conversion prior to importing files into helicon.

Re: Image orientation

I've uploaded 2 CR2s in "CR2 orientation" folder IMG_0012 was in landscape mode and rotated 90 deg CCW with DPP IMG_0013 is in portrait mode (and not rotated with DPP) under DPP they are both previewed in portrait mode. under HF, the 1st one is still landscape. thanks for your support, g0b

Re: x64 Issue ?

In fact, it seems "HeliconServer64" is not launched with raw files. is it normal ? but with bitmap files, it is here and working :-)

Image orientation

I've still haven't figured out why my picture orientation change while shooting with HR, but, there is another issue related in HF : when I rotate the CR2 files with DPP so that they all have the same orientation in the stack, it seems that HF does not take this into account. It still says that some...

Re: x64 Issue ?

I can't see any process called "HeliconFocusServer64.exe" in task manager. and HeliconFocus *32 seems to do all the job. What can be wrong ?

Thanks,

x64 Issue ?

Hi,

Just bought Helicon Focus X64. But when I run it, I only see a 32bits process running.
I've tried to run HF as administrator as said in a previous thread, but it does not fix the problem.
I'm running HF 5.0 under Windows 7 x64. Any clue ?

Thanks,
g0b

Re: Autoreload of the last stack

I have CR2 RAWs.
But anyway, disabling auto loading would be interesting also with 21 MPix 16b TIFs :-)
I'll try to pass an empty path to bypath this. thanks for the tip !

Autoreload of the last stack

Hi, Is there an option somewhere to tell HF NOT TO reopen the last computed stack ? When working with RAW stacks, it is so slow, that you have to work quite a long time before the user interface responds. Even if auto-reload can be useful in some cases (I guess), I find that quite annoying for me, s...

Image orientation

When taking big stacks (more than 100 pictures), i've came across the following issue. Sometimes (could not find yet the reason why it occurs) the 1st 15% of the image are rotated 90 degrees CW compared to the rest of the stack. Of course, HF does not like that... I've tried with or without "au...
